phase I ASSESS

Your starting point is the ‘Blueprint Assessment’. Here we detail your background and goals, collect data on your body to create your starting point and use this information as your blueprint to curate your program

phase II PLAN

From your assessment, your ‘blueprint report’ will be generated. This outlines your plan of action across your training, nutrition and lifestyle. You will meet your training team who will coach you throughout the process

phase III GROW

Start your training program for your initial period of time

phase IV REASSESS

Once your initial phase is over it’s time for reassessment to measure your progress. We will review everything and make any necessary readjustments/refinements to your program

Services & fees

We offer training at our Flagship studio within Harrods, at home, or virtually. Our training sessions can be purchased by single sessions or packs of sessions as listed below. Your first session must be a Blueprint Assessment at Harrods- this is YOUR Blueprint and paves the way for everything thereafter.
