At Train With ID, we run a series of tests including body fat analysis, a general health screen including blood pressure & resting heart rate, the most rigorous strength and fitness tests, a lifestyle assessment and movement assessment to check for any muscle imbalances.

After reviewing your Blueprint Report, we design your program taking into consideration your training goals, personality, injury history and lifestyle.

Our signature "Body Transformation" programme focused on exercise, lifestyle and nutrition. This programme is 4 training sessions per week for 4 weeks and is a focused block of training delivered alongside a personalised meal plan from our nutritionist.
